\nHow do I place an order?<\/summary>\n

Add the items you want to the cart, choose your size and colour, then go to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as the order is placed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nCan I change or cancel my order?<\/summary>\n
\n

If the order has not shipped yet, email support@betatton.com<\/a> with your order number as soon as possible and we will do what we can. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change it, but you can still return it under our returns policy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nWhat payment methods do you accept?<\/summary>\n

We accept the major card networks, PayPal and the express wallets available at checkout. All payments are processed by our payment provider \u2014 we never see or store your card details.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nDo you sell wholesale or offer custom orders?<\/summary>\n

\nHow do I choose the right size?<\/summary>\n
\n

Measure your foot in centimetres and compare it with the size chart on the product page. If you are between two sizes, order the larger one. For children, allow 0.5\u20131 cm of growing room.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nDo your sizes run small or large?<\/summary>\n
\n

Our shoes are built to the size chart on each product page. Work boots and safety shoes tend to run slightly narrow, so if you have wide feet consider going up half a size.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nCan I order a half size?<\/summary>\n
\n

Availability varies by model. Where a half size is produced it appears as a selectable option on the product page.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping options and costs for your address are calculated at checkout before you pay.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

Dispatch usually happens within a few working days. Transit time depends on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nWill I have to pay customs or import duty?<\/summary>\n
\n

Orders shipped internationally may attract customs duties or import taxes charged by your local authority. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging and with tags attached. Full details are on our refund policy<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nMy order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?<\/summary>\n
\n
